Demolition of Babri masjid : The part of Dirty politics and Conspiracy of Saffron Brigades.

We all Indian know very well that Secularism , Unity in diversity and the Cosmopolitan character of our country is our greatest strength.
But black history of our country is also the truth. Indian will forget  everything but demolition of Babri Masjid  and killing of the Mahatma Gandhi will never forget.
On every 6th of December, since 1992 , the country hangs its head in shame recollecting the vandalism and destruction of the Babri Masjid.

Babri Masjid - From construction to Demolition.

1528: The Babri Masjid built by Mir Baqi , a nobleman of Babar's Court.
1857: Soon after revolt, Mahant of Hanumangarhi takes over a part of   the Babri Masjid compound and construct a Chabutra.

30 Nov 1857: Maulvi Muhammed Asgar of the masjid submits a petition to

the magistrate complaining that the Bairagis have built a chabutra close to mosque.
1885: 29th January: The Mahant files a suit to gain legal title to the land in the mosque and for permission to construct a temple on the chabutra .
24 th December : The Mahant's suit and appeals are dismissed.

1886: 25th May: The Mahant's appeals again to the highest court in the province .
1st November :  The   judicial commissioner   dismissed the Mahant's appeals again.
1949: 22-23rd December: In the night of an idol of Rama was installed by the Hindu inside the mosque. The government proclaims the premises as disputed area and locks the gates.
1950: 16th January: A suit is filed by Gopal   Singh Visharad in the  court of the civil judge, Faizabad , praying that he is entitled to worship in the Ramjanmabhoomi.
24th April: The District Collector of Faizabad , J. N. Ugra , files a statement in court that the property in suit has been in use as a mosque and not as a temple.
1961: 18 December:  The first civil suit by Muslims is filed by the Sunni Central Waqf Board for the delivery of the possession of the mosque by the removal of the idols and other articles of Hindu worship.
1984: 7 and 8 April: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad ( VHP ) sponsored Dharma Sansad in a session at Vigyan Bhavan; New Delhi gives call to liberate the Ramjanmabhoomi.
1986: Umesh Chanra Pandey files an application in the court of the
munsif seeking the removal of the restriction on the Puja . The application is turned down.
1st February:  K. M. Pandey, District judge, Faizabad , orders the opening of the locks to the Hindu for worship. The Muslim community is not allowed to offer any prayers.
March: The Babri Masjid Action Committee ( BMAC ) is formed. This is
followed by a countrywide Muslim 'mourning'.
12th May: The Sunni Central Waqf Board files a writ petition against
the District Judge's Order.
Now I  come  to the Point, these all are the historical records which is mention in various historical books or documents. Not a single fact are they which proof that Ram temple was situated in place of Babri Masjid. And the dirty politics starts from here.....
1987 December: A coalition of the Janta Dal , BJP and CPI forms the government at the centre after the general elections.
1990 : October: A Rath-Yatra , from Somnath to Ayodhya led by L. K. Advani starts. The BJP withdraws support to the Janta Dal government.
Shri L. K. Advani and Shri Murli Manohar Joshi started for Ayodhya from New Delhi on 1.12. 92 via Varanasi and Mathura . On 1.12.92 Advani said in Kanpur that kar Seva does not mean Bhanan and Kirtan but is is meant for starting Construction of Ram Mandir. On 2.12.92 L. K. Advani said in Varanasi that the State government would not use force of any kind on kar Sevaks. During the same time Sadhvi Ritambhra asked Kar Sevaks to reach Ayodhya for Construction of Mandir.
" On 5-12-92 a secret meeting was held at the house of Vinay Katiyar  which was attended by L. K. Advani , Pawan Kumar Pandey and a final  decision to demolish disputed structure was taken ".

On December 6, 1992, The Babri Masjid was demolished by a gathering of near 200,000 karsevaks. Communal riots across India followed. Uncountable innocent peoples were killed in communal riots in all over the India. But those who had taken the law of the land in their hand are sent free of cost to their respective home with undue honour.

Narsimha Rao with best of efforts had failed to win the hearts of Muslims of India and the damage he had done to the secular politics and governance of India still remain an unpardonable act in their eyes.

Ten days after the demolition i,e on Dec 16, 1992, the congress
government at the centre, headed by PV Narsimha Rao , set up a Commission of Inquiry under justice Liberhan. Liberhan Commission submitted its report on 30 June, 2009- almost 17 year after it began its inquiry. The Allahabad high court pronounces its verdict on four title suits  relating to the AAyodhya land to be divided into three parts. 1/3 goes to Ram lalla , 1/3 to Sunni wakf Board and 1/3 goes to Nirmohi Akhara.

शिक्षा का गिरता स्तर और नेताओ का घालमेल

शुरुआत झारखण्ड से ही करते हैं , क्योंकि  हाल ही में  झारखण्ड के
विभिन्न गांव व शहरी छेत्रों सिंघाड़ी , मेहरमा, महागामा , पथरगामा व
गोड्डा जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों में शिक्षा के हालात का जायजा लेने का
अवसर मिला . झारखण्ड का गठन हुवे 16वां साल होने को है  लेकिन शिक्षा
स्तर में सुधार के बजाय हलात  बद से बदतर होता जा रहा है .  प्रदेश के
बहुत से विद्यालय आज भी विभिन्न समस्याओ से जूझ रहे है - कहीं निर्मित
विद्यालय भवन खण्डहर पड़ा है तो  कहीं निर्मित विद्यालय भवन से पानी टपक
रहा है ,  कहीं 85% बच्चे गैरहाजिर , कहीं शिक्षक बच्चों के  शिक्षा के
प्रति उत्तरदायित्व नही .और तो और  उत्तकर्मित मध्य विद्यालय सिंघाड़ी व
गोड्डा जिले के  कई ऐसे विद्यालय है जहाँ शिक्षक बच्चों को शिक्षा प्रदान
करने के बजाय  बच्चों के साथ प्रतिदिन सूर्यनमस्कार व  शाखा लगाने में
व्यस्त है . लेकिन इसकी खबर लेने वाला कोई नही है .
यह हाल लगभग देश के कई राज्यों  की है . 28 अक्टुबर 2014 को एक  अख़बार मे
 प्रकाशित खबर  के मुताबिक  राजस्थान सरकार ने 17,000 से अधिक विद्यालय ,
महाराष्ट्र  सरकार ने 14,000 विद्यालय व ओडिशा सरकार ने 195 से अधिक
विद्यालय बच्चो की गैरहाजिरी व शिक्षको का  बच्चों के शिक्षा के प्रति
उत्तरदायित्व न होने की वजह से ही  बंद करने का निर्णय लिया था .
बड़ा सवाल है कि देश में शिक्षा को लेकर ऐसे हालात क्यों उत्पन्न हो रहे है ?
मोदी सरकार के ढाई साल पुरे हो गए लेकिन शिक्षा के छेत्र में ऐसी कोई
कारगर योजनाएं लागु नहीं हो पायी है जिससे भारतीय शिक्षण संस्थान
विश्वस्तरीय बनने का सपना भी पाल सकें बल्कि इसके उलट कभी सिलेबस में
तबदीली तो कभी मुग़ल शाशक व नेहरू जैसे शीर्ष भारतीय नेताओ के नाम हटाकर
शिक्षा के भगवाकरण का प्रयास किया जा रहा है. शिक्षा अगर सरकारी
प्राथमिकता में होती , तो उसकी झलक शिक्षा बजट में मिल जाती . सरकारी
आंकड़े ही बताते है कि केंद्र सरकार प्राथमिक शिक्षा पर फ़िलहाल जीडीपी का
1.57 फीसदी , जबकि माध्यमिक शिक्षा पर महज 0.98 फीसदी खर्च कर रही है .
उच्च और तकनीकी शिक्षा पर तो इससे भी कम ( क्रमशः 0.89 फीसदी और 0.33
फीसदी ) खर्च हो रहा है .
मई 2015 में अंग्रेजी अख़बार हंस इंडिया में प्रकाशित अपने लेख ' सेव
इंडियन साइंस ' में  मोदी सरकार के पहले शिक्षा बजट यूपीए-2  काल के बजट
82771 करोड़ से घटकर 69074 करोड़ पर लुड़क गयी , में उल्लेख किया था .
नतीजा सामने है , फ़ेक डिग्री व कम पढ़े -लिखें नेता ऐेश  मौज कर रहे है और
लाखों युवाओं के पास इंजीनियरिंग , तकनीकी या प्रबंधन डिग्री तो है ,
लेकिन बेरोजगारों की कतार में शामिल होने के लिए मज़बूर है .
हाल में एनसीआरटी के पूर्व निदेशक , प्रो जगमोहन सिंह  राजपूत ने एक लेख
में लिखा है   " देश भर में बहुत से नेताओ ने कई संस्थान खोले और खुलवाये
है . नये संस्थानों के लिए इन नेताओ ने स्वीकीर्तियां प्राप्त की
स्वीकीर्तियां दी भी . ये स्वीकीर्तियां कैसे दी गयी , यह हम सब जानते है
. ऐसे में जैसे ही संस्थान -सुधार की बात आती है , कोई न कोई अड़चन आ जाती
है , जो राजनीती से प्रेरित होती है . कुल मिलकर , उच्च , तकनीकी और
प्रबंधन के छेत्रों में काबिलियत के स्तर गिरने का बुनियादी कारण यह है
कि संस्थान खोले जाने का उद्देश्य शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता नहीं , बल्कि
आर्थिक लाभ हो गया है ".
देश की शिक्षण संस्थान के गिरते स्तर व नेताओ का घालमेल एक सच्चाई है ,
जिससे हम मुंह नहीं मोड़ सकते .
भ्रष्टाचार , कुशासन और राजनीतिक हस्तक्षेप आज उच्च शिक्षा में हर जगह
दिखाई देता है .
हाल में ' द  एसोसिएटेड  चैंबर्स ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री ( एसोचैम ) की
रिपोर्ट भी कुछ ऐसा ही संकेत कर रही  है .
एसोचैम सर्वे के मुताबिक , देश में मौजुद 5500 बिजनेस स्कूलों में से
आईआईएम सहित कुछ मुट्ठीभर शीर्ष संस्थानों को छोड़ दे , तो बाकी से हर साल
लाखों रूपये की फीस देकर मास्टर ऑफ बिजनेस एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन ( एमबीए )
डिग्री हासिल कर रहे लाखों विद्यार्थियों में से सिर्फ सात फीसदी हीनौकरी पाने के काबिल बन पाते है . बिजनेस स्कूलों के कैंपस रिक्रूटमेंट
में 2014 से अब तक 45 फीसदी तक की भारी गिरावट आयी है . बड़ी संख्या में
एमबीए डिग्रीधारी विद्यार्थी 10,000 रुपये से भी काम मासिक पगार पर नौकरी
ज्वाइन कर रहे है , जो अर्धबेरोजगारी की निशानी है . दूसरी और , देश में
एमबीए पाठ्यक्रम के लिए उपलब्ध कुल सीटों की संख्या 2011- 12 में 3.6 लाख
से बढ़कर 2015-16 में 5.2 लाख हो गयी .
एसोचैम के राष्ट्रिय महासचिव डीएस रावत इस दुर्दशा का कारण ज्यादातर
प्रबंधन संस्थानो में कमी बताते हैं .
प्रबंधन से इंजीनियरिंग के हालात फिर भी ठीक है लेकिन एस्पाइरिंग माइंड्स
की नेशनल एम्प्लॉयबिलिटी द्वारा 650 इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों के  सर्वे के
मुताबिक़ 2015 में इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री हासिल करने वाले 80% इंजीनियरों को
अच्छी कंपनी में रोज़गार नहीं मिल पाया है जो कॉलेज के टॉप  इंजीनियरिंग
छात्र थे उन्होंने लेक्चरशीप का रास्ता चुन लिया . कोई इंजीनियरिंग
कॉलेजो में लेक्चर दे रहे है तो कोई निजी कम्पीटिटिव    संस्थानो में
भावी छात्रों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण बनाने के लिए तराश रहे है . उच्च , तकनीकी
और प्रबंधन  शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधारने में आड़े आ रही समस्याओं के
समाधान के प्रति सरकारों के लापरवाह रवैये से हालात साल -दर साल बदतरहोते जा रहे है . सिर्फ आईआईटी , आईआईएम या अन्य अच्छे यूनिवर्सिटी ,
सरकारी कॉलेजों के भरोसे देश तरक्की नहीं कर सकता है . निजी संस्थानों ,
विश्वविद्यालयों , जहाँ से ज्यादा संख्या में छात्र हर साल निकल रहें है
, की निगरानी के लिए मौजूद तंत्र को कारगर बनना जरुरी है . यह अच्छी बात
है कि मोदी सरकार ' स्किल इंडिया ' के तहत करोड़ों युवाओं को हुनरमंद
बनाने का इरादा जता रही है , लेकिन इस मुहीम पर अमल हो तभी कारगर साबित
होगी . मोदी सरकार , सिलेबस में तबदीली करने के बजाय , शिक्षण संस्थानों
में राजनितिक हस्तक्षेप पर अंकुश लगाए व उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों को भरपूर
सहयोग व रोजगार के अवसर मुहैया कराये तभी हमारा देश  'चौथी औद्योगिक
क्रांति' के मुहाने पर पर खड़ी दुनिया में अपनी पैठ बनाने में सफल हो.

प्राचीन युग में सबसे ज्यादा मशहूर वैज्ञानिक मुस्लिम दुनिया से थी जो अब नहीं है - क्यों ?

7 जनवरी 2016 को नाभिकीय भौतिक विज्ञानी , मशहूर दूरदर्शन शख्सियत व लेखक परवेज अमिराली हुडभोय हैदराबाद साहित्य समारोह में शिरकत करने आये थे . परवेज अमीराली भारतीय व विश्व विज्ञान पर ख़िताब करते हुवे कहा कि " मुसलमानों को तरक्की व याफ्ता के लिए विज्ञान से अवश्य जुड़ना चाहिए . आज भारत , पाकिस्तान , बांग्लादेश , इंडोनेशिया व विभिन्न देशों के मुसलमानों की बदहाली की वजह यह है कि वह साइंसी उलूम के साथ मजबूती से नही जुड़ रहे हैं । अपने ख़िताब में मुसलमानों की बदहाली व तररकी अक़ीदे व इतिहास पर भी रौशनी डाला ." मैंने साइंस और टेक्नोलॉजी से सम्बंधित बहुत से किताबों का अध्यन किया और पाया की साइंस वह इल्म है जो धर्म व कौमियत , रंग व नस्ल और इलाके के नज़रये से ऊपर है ।

चार से पांच सौ साल पहले साइंसी उलूम की तरक़्क़ी के छेत्र - इल्मे रियाजी ( गणित - Mathematics ), इल्मे नबातात ( Botony ) , इल्मे तबिआत ( भौतिकी - Physics ), इल्मे कीमिया ( रासायनिक शास्त्र - Chemistry ) व मेडिकल साइंस में मुस्लिम वैज्ञानिक का दबदबा था जो आज धीरे धीरे काम होते गया । इल्मे रियाजी ( गणित ) अरब वालों का पसंदीदा विषय रहा है । मुहम्मद बिन मूसा ख्वारिज़्मी , जिसे यूरोप में अल्गोरिज़्म के नाम से जाना जाता है . आप ने रियाजी ( हिसाब ) , फल्कीयात ( आसमानी चीजो से संबंधित चीज ) , जुगराफिया ( भूगोल- Geography ) और इतिहास में असाधारण कारनामे सर - अंजाम दिये । ख्वारिज़्मी दुनिया के पहले इल्मे रियाज ( गणित ) के जानकार थे जिन्होंने शून्य का इज़ाद ( आविष्कार ) किया । ' अल- जबर वल -मुकाबला ' ख्वारिज़्मी की मशहूर इल्मे रियाज़ी किताब में से एक थी जिसे बारहवीं सदी में तर्जुमा किया गया और सोलहवीं सदी तक यूरोप यूनिवर्सिटी कोर्से में शामिल कर लिया गया । जाबिर बिन हैयान , जिसे यूरोप में गेबर के नाम से जाना जाता है , इसके अलावा आप इमाम जाफ़रे सादिक रहमतुल्लाहि अलैहि के शागिर्द भी थे । कीमिया ( रासायनिक शास्त्र - Chemistry ) में आपकी खिदमत बहुत कबीले क़द्र है । इल्मे कीमिया के मुताल्लिक आपने 22 किताबें लिखीं जो आज भी अरबी ज़बान में मौजूद है और बाद में अंग्रेजी और लातिनी में तर्जुमे हुवे । जाबिर बिन हैयान दुनिया के उन गिने चुने वैज्ञानिकों में आते है जिसने अयस्क से धातु की शुद्धिकरण ( Purification of metals from ores ) जंग से संरक्षण ( Protection of Iron from Corrosion ) के बारे में अहम जानकारी की खोज़ की । अबु अली मुहम्मद हसन इब्ने हैसम , जिसे यूरोप में अल -हैजन के नाम से जाना जाता है . अल -हैजन पहले वैज्ञानिक थे जिन्होंने यूनानियों के नज़रिए को गलत साबित करते हुवे बताया की रौशनी की किरणें आँखों से चीजों की तरफ नहीं जाती बल्कि चीजों से आँखों की तरफ आती है ।

अल -हैजन दुनिया के पहले भौतिक वैज्ञानिक थे जिन्होंने खुर्दबीन ( माइक्रोस्कोप ) की इज़ाद का रास्ता हमवार किया और साथ ही प्रकाश के प्रवर्तन ( Reflection of Light ) व प्रकाश के अपवर्तन ( Refrection of  Light ) के बारे में अहम सिद्धांत पेश किये ।

अबु अली हुसैन इब्ने अब्दुल्लाह सीना , जिसे यूरोप में कहा जाता ऐवी सीना है । आप थर्मामीटर के मुजीद ( आविष्कारक ) है । आप ने इल्मे रियाजी , फलसफा , मेडिकल साइंस , सियासत और कानून से मुताल्लिक़ किताबें लिखीं ।

इस तरह इस्लाम के सुनहरे युग में कई वैज्ञानिक - अबु मूसा अली इब्ने तबरी , अबु अब्बास अहमद फरगानी , अबु बक्र मुहम्मद इब्ने यहया इब्ने बाजा , अबु बक्र मुहम्मद अब्दुल -मालिक इब्ने तुफैल , अबु वलीद मुहम्मद इब्ने अब्बास मजुसी और हुनैन इब्ने इसहाक जैसे महान वैज्ञानिक थे जिसने दुनिया को ही बदल कर रख दिया ।

यह दुर्भाग्य है कि दुनिया में मुस्लिम वैज्ञानिको का अनुपात धीरे धीरे घटता जा रहा है । मुस्लिम वैज्ञानिकों के अनुपात घटने की सबसे अहम वज़ह यह रही है कि कट्टरपंथीयो ने बहुत से वैज्ञानिको पर कुफ्र का फतवा लगा दिया जिससे बहुतो का हौसला गिरता गया और आज भी मुसलमान विज्ञान के साथ दिलचस्पी से नहीं जुड़ रहे है ....कुछ कट्टरपंथी विचारधारा के लोग विज्ञान को मुस्लिम दुनिया के लिए सीधे तौर पर नकार देते है जिसका आधार अन्धविश्वास पर टिका हुवा है । लेकिन हकीकत ये है कि जब हम कुरआन को अच्छी तरह समझ कर पढ़ते है तो पाते है की कुरआन में बहुत सी आयत है जहाँ कुदरती घटनाओं के बारे में विस्तार से वर्णन है जैसे की - कायनात की पैदाइश ( The Big Bang ) , कहकशाओ की पैदाइश से पहले धुवाँ ( Initial Gaseous Mass Before Creation of Glaxies ) , ज़मीन अंडे की शक्ल की है ( Shape of the Earth in Spherical ) , चाँद की रौशनी प्रवर्तित है ( Moonlight is Reflected Light ) , सूरज ख़त्म हो जायेगा ( The Sun Will Extinguish ) , सितारों के दरम्यान माद्दा ( Insterstellar Matter ) , फैलती हुवी कायनात ( The Expending Universe ) , एटम तक्सीम किये जा सकते है ( Atoms can be divided ) , पानी का चक्र ( Water Cycle ) , भाप ( बादल ) बनने की क्रिया ( Winda Impregnate Clouds ) , ज़मीन और उससे मुत्ताल्लिक चीजें ( Geology ) व जनिनि मराहिल ( Embryological Stages ) आदि । यदि मुस्लिम दुनिया इस्लाम के सुनहरे युग में मुस्लिम वैज्ञानिकों के योगदान को याद करेंगे ....तो वे दोबारा उभर सकते है । मेरी खासकर भारतीय मुसलमानों से उम्मीद है कि - मिसाइल मेन डॉ ए . पी . जे . अब्दुल कलाम , पक्षीविज्ञानी का अंतर्राष्ट्र्रीय चेहरा - सलीम अली , आइएस ऑफिसर व कार्डिनल ज्यामिति के संस्थापक - डॉ एम अहमद , जामिया मिलिया इस्लामिया नई देल्ही के पूर्व वाइस चांसलर डॉ सैय्यद जहूर कासिम , डेक्कन मेडिकल कॉलेज हैदराबाद के डीन डॉ सी . एम . हबीबुल्लाह व वैज्ञानिक व शायर गौहर रज़ा जैसे और वैज्ञानिक पैदा करे ताकि विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में मुसलमानों का दबदबा दोबारा कायम हो सकें ।

On January 7, 2016 , pervej Amirali Hoodbhoy, a nuclear physicist,
writer and Television personality, who was in Hyderabad to attend the
Hyderabad literary festival, said : " Muslim must connect with science
for progress. Hoodbhoy believes that one of the major factors behind
the backwardness of the Muslim community in India , Pakistan,
Bangladesh, Indonesia and other countries is the reality that the
followers of the faith have not come to terms with science. In his
lecture, " The Rise and fall of Muslim in the field of science, he
presented the historical background to the disconnect between
scientific research and faith - based ideas. "
I studied many books in the field of science and technology and I
observed that Science is the knowledge that is above from the
religion, cast, colour and cread.
In Ancient period, many prominent scientist was from the Muslim world
but not now.
There is an admission in the title that the Muslims who contributed
greatly in the development of science in a variety of fields -
Mathematics, Medicine, Astronomy, physics and chemistry - for about
400 to 500 years have slowly moved away from the area of Study.
Mathematics has been favourite subject of Arab Scientist.
Muhammed bin Moosa Khwarizmi( 780-850 BC ) , well known as Algorizm in
Europe. He played key role in the field of Mathematics, Space,
Geography and history.

Khwarizmi was the first mathematician in the world who discovered the ' Zero '.
" Algebra-wal-Mukabla " was the one of the most famous mathematics
book of the Khwarizmi which was published in 12th century and was
included in the syllabus of Europe University in 16th Century.
Jabir bin Hayyan ( 721-806 BC ) , known as Geber in Europe. Jabir bin
Hayyan was also a student of Hazrat Imam Jafre Sadique ( Rht ) .
J B Hayyan played key role in the field of chemistry. He written more
than 22 books related to Chemistry that is in  Arabic language today
and later translated into  English and Latin.
Hayyan was one of the world's most famous scientist , responsible for
the discovery of Tejab , purification of metal from Ores and
Protection of Iron from Corrosion.




Abu Ali Muhammed Hasan Ibne Haisam ( 965-1039 BC ) , well known as
Al-Hazen in Europe , was the first Scientist who proved Theology of
European Wrong and given wonderful theory that the Light rays comes
from object to the Eye not from Eye to the object.
Al-Hazen was the one of the world's most influential physicist ,
responsible for the development of world's first Microscope.


Abu Ali Husain Ibne Abdullah Cinna ( 980 - 1037 BC ),  well known as
Avecinna in Europe. Avecinna is so popular in the world as a
discoverer of Thermameter . Avecinna has written many books on
Medical science, Mathematics, law and politics as well as.
Abu Moosa Ali Ibne Tabri ,  Abu Abbas Ahmed Fargaani ,  Abu Bakra
Muhammed Bin Jakriya Arraji ,  Abu Bakra Muhammed Ibne Yahaya Ibne Baza
, Abu Bakra Muhammed Abdul Malik Ibne Tufail ,  Abu walid Muhammed Ibne
Ahmed Ibne Rushd , Ali Ibne Abbas Majusi and Husain Ibne Ishak were
the prominent scientist of the world in golden period of Islam who
changed the world.
It is Unfortunate that the ratio of  Muslim scientists in the world
have been fallen down day by day.
The main reason behind the decreasing ratio of Muslim scientist is
that - During the period of Avecinna ,fanatic Ulema of Arab delivered
Fatwa against Some scientists which was the dark time for the
Scientist.
And Another reason is that  Most of the Muslims are not taking good
interest in Science today.
Some fundamentalist directly reject science for the Muslim whose
thoughts is totally based on superstition.
But the reality is that many verse of the Quran are they where the
natural phenomena are described such as - The Big Bang , Initial
Gaseous Mass Before Creation of Glaxies , Shape of the Earth in
Spherical , Moonlight is Reflected light, The Sun will Extinguished,
Insterstellar Matter, The Expanding Universe, Atoms can be divided,
Water Cycle, Evaporation, Winda Impregnate Clouds, Geology, Botany and
Embryological Stages etc.
If Muslim World will remember the contribution of Muslim scientists in
golden period of Islam ....They can emerge again.
Indian Muslim should produce more scientist like ..Dr A.P.J.Abdul
kalam , India's Missile Man ,Salim Ali - Internationally recognized
ornithologist, Mr.M.Ahmed , IAS Officer and founder of ' Cardinal
Geometry ' , Dr. Syed Zahoor Qasim- Antartica Hero, Ex vice Chancellor
of Jamia Millia Islamia , New Delhi, Dr. C.M.Habibullah , Eminent
Gastroenterologist and Dean of Deccan Medical college Hyderabad, Dr.
S.N.A.Rizwi , Head of Nephrology and Endocrinology Division, Moulana
Azad Medical College and associated Hospital in new Delhi, Professor
Gauhar Raza, chief Scientist and Head of Department science
communication through multi-media council of scientific and Industrial
Research, New Delhi.
And the Indian Muslim have to accept this challenge that Muslim can't
be progress by ignoring the science.

why the Muslim organizations raised the question over the policy of police officers and intelligence agencies of India ? :- Engineer Affan Nomani

On February 8, 2016 , India's top Muslim organisations released joint
press conference on " Arbitary Arrests of Muslim Youth in the name of
ISIS " and have demanded  the central government to immediately stop
arresting Muslim youths on the pretext of ISIS and termed the fresh
campaign of detention and arresting as “an organized conspiracy to
malign Islam and Muslims, suspect their patriotism, terrorise them and
to get political benefits by creating hatred between Hindus and
Muslims.”

The press conference was addressed by Mohammed Salim Engineer,
secretary General, Jamaate-e-Islami Hind, Moulana Abdul Hameed Noumani
, National secretary, Jamiat Ulema Hind ,Navaid Hamid , National
president, All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawerat, Dr. SQR Ilyas ,National President, welfare party of India and Others.

After releasing of press conference, I phoned Moulana Abdul Hameed
Noumani, Noted Islamic Scholar and national secretary, Jamiat Ulema
Hind.
They said that we have demanded the central government to stop
arresting Muslim youth in the name of ISIS and raised the Question
over the policy of Intelligence agencies. In his comment Moulana
Noumani said that in the last one year both Prime Minister and Home
Minister have categorically said that Indian Muslims are patriotic,
ISIS has failed to attract Muslim youths and has little influence on
them. But just before this past Republic Day, they said agencies began
arresting Muslims across the country on suspicion of having links with
ISIS and Al-Qaeda. “This gave an impression as if Muslim youths are
not only in contact with ISIS but are also actively engaged in
preparation for terror attacks in the entire country just before the
Republic Day and are busy recruiting and radicalizing youth for
joining ISIS ranks.”
They said these youths “will also be acquitted of terror charges in
the same manner as those innocent Muslim youths arrested in similar
cases in the past. But until they get justice 10-15 years of these
innocent youths are lost and they face difficulties in restarting
their social life.”

According to sourse of press conference, the  Muslim leaders have put
seven demands before the government:
(1) The chain of arresting innocent Muslims mere on suspicion should
be immediately stopped. Cases should be withdrawn from those against
whom no substantial proof was found and they should be immediately
released.
(2) Those against whom terror charges could not be proved and have
consequently been acquitted by the courts should be awarded ample
compensation and stringent action should be taken against the police
officers who had implicated them.
(3) Draconian laws (UAPA, MCOCA, etc.) enacted to counter so-called
terrorism should be annulled immediately because they run contrary to
basic human rights and are used by police and intelligence agencies as
a weapon against innocent people. It has already been proved that
charges against most of the people prosecuted under these laws were
not proved. Its living example is TADA whose rate of conviction was
just one percent. In the year 2014, only 18 out of 141 people
apprehended under UAPA could be charge-sheeted while 123 people were
found innocent. it means charges could be proved only against 12% of
the accused. It is most possible that these people will also be
acquitted by higher courts.

 (4) A new law should be formulated in the country to ensure ample
compensation to the persons acquitted of terror charges and to
prosecute under terror charges the officers of police and intelligence
agencies who falsely implicated them so that the lives of innocent
people could be saved.
(5) A core group should be formed comprising human rights
organisations working in terror cases, civil society groups and
community organisations. Every such case should be referred to the
panel. This core group would work as a watchdog. Only this will help
establish mutual harmony, contact and cooperation between police and
public and will shut the door of misunderstandings.
(6) A high-level probe should be conducted to fully expose the
Hindutva terror network uncovered by slain ATS chief Hemant Karkare
and also the cases brought to light by admission and revelations of
Swami Aseemanand.
(7) Hindutva terror accused should not be released on bail by
weakening their cases; rather their cases should be fast-tracked in
order to ensure judgment.

The big Question is that why the Muslim organizations raised the
question over the policy of police officers and intelligence agencies
of India?
Are police forces really more sensitive towards minority section?
I would like to shed light on official police report Which was
published in India's leading English newspaper Indian Express a year
ago.
" The police have concluded that there is a trust deficit among
Muslim, Strategy for making police forces more sensitive towards
minority section", a report prepared by three directors general of
police - Sanjeev Dayal of Maharashtra, Devraj Nagar of Uttar Pradesh
and k. Ramanujam of Tamil Nadu.
Muslim see the police as " Communal, biased and insentive
...ill-informed , corrupt and lacking professionalism", the report
says.
" poor representation of the minorities in the police forces has
contributed to this distrust and suspicion.
It has to be admitted that the conduct of some members of the police
forces in various states during communal riots had only served to
strengthen and highten these suspicious and distrust in the minority
communities" it says.
The question is that not only Muslim while Dalits and Christians of
small town and villages also see the police as communal, biased and
insensitive.
The regions behind it is that most of the police officers are from the
upper caste fanatic Brahmin in high rank who is under the fascists
forces.
My direct question to the nation is that:-
Why are the poorest Muslims and Dalits constant targets of attack?
Why are the Muslims continuously subjected to riots and organized
violence, mostly with the active connivance of the state machinery,
which is largely controlled by the Hindu?
Why does the police almost always end up protecting those communally
minded Hindus who are behind riots ?
Most Muslim who chose to stay in India after partition did so as an
act of faith in our democratic polity. Has that Faith been honoured ?
I hope that the central government, police officers and intelligence
agencies of India will give response to my question.
